Yes — you have 14 days, provided the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Fragrances must be unopened for hygiene reasons. We will collect it free of charge.
Every diamond above 0.30ct is supplied with its certificate. Coloured stones come with an origin report. If a certificate matters to you, ask before ordering and we will confirm what accompanies the piece.
Free of charge, for as long as you own the piece, in our own workshop. Most resizes take two to three days. Eternity bands set the full way round can only be adjusted within a limited range.
They are our own blends, mixed and bottled in Deira — not resold designer stock. Oud is sourced directly from Cambodia and Assam, and every batch is rested before it goes on the shelf.
